- Scoping calls happen within one business day of your enquiry. Most engagements start one to two weeks after a signed scope, depending on current capacity.
- Do you work with our existing team and process?
- Yes. We work in your repository, your board and your standups, and your engineers review our pull requests. For staff augmentation the engineers embed directly in your team.
- What if the project is not a fit for you?
- We say so on the first call rather than three weeks in, and where an off-the-shelf product would solve your problem for less than custom code, we will name it.
- What happens after delivery?
- Every project includes 30 days of post-launch bug fixing. Ongoing work is available as a monthly maintenance retainer with 30 days notice on either side, and you are never obliged to take it.
