Bilgisam Ltd is a software outsourcing company. We take work that would otherwise need a hire, deliver it in weeks, and hand over code your own team can maintain.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a call and a written scope. We do not send an invoice before you have a document stating what is being delivered, by when, and what is explicitly out of scope.
Delivery is weekly and visible. You get a staging URL, not a status report. The repository, the pipeline and the hosting live in your accounts from day one — leaving us is a matter of ending the contract, not migrating away from us.
What we do not do
We do not take projects we are not the right team for, and we say so on the first call rather than three weeks in. We do not resell an unvetted contractor pool. We do not bill for discovery calls.
Where an off-the-shelf product would solve your problem for less than custom code, we will tell you which one.
Pricing
Prices shown on service pages are starting points for a typical engagement, not quotes. The real number depends on scope, integrations and how much of the work already exists.
Most projects are fixed-scope with a fixed price. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer with 30 days notice on either side. Write to bilgisam@gmail.com and you get a scoped estimate, not a sales sequence.
