A couple of sentences is enough. You get a reply within one business day, a 45-minute call with the engineer who would do the work, and a written fixed-scope proposal before any invoice.
- No sales sequence. One reply from a person, and nothing else unless you answer.
- No charge for scoping. The call and the written proposal cost nothing.
- A straight answer. If we are not the right team, or an off-the-shelf product would do it cheaper, we say so.
- NDA on request. Say so in the message and we send one before any detail is discussed.
