This website describes services offered by Bilgisam Ltd. Prices, timelines and capabilities shown are indicative and do not constitute an offer. Nothing on this site creates a contract.
A project begins only when a written proposal has been signed by both sides.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to accept the work. We aim to reply within one business day.
Do not submit confidential material through the form. If you need an NDA in place before discussing details, say so in the message and we will send one.
Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to Bilgisam Ltd. Third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned on service pages belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively.
On delivered project work, intellectual property transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in the project agreement.
